Its a special experience available only online, where you can access all 48 tracks from the career-spanning The Live Anthology in high-bitrate MP3 and audiophile quality FLAC formats. The first 24 tracks come with band commentary, archival memorabilia, vintage photos, videos, classic reviews from the shows, and more.

What if I want the Live Anthology and the Superhighway Tour?
Great! If you buy a ticket to the Superhighway Tour, we’ll offer the physical package of The Live Anthology at a special price available to Superhighway ticketholders. You’ll find the CD and vinyl in the Superhighway Tour Store.

There are two ways to access the Superhighway Tour site:
- You can purchase a ticket from Ticketmaster at http://ticketmaster.com/superhighwaytour. You’ll receive a TicketFast ticket with a special code. When you have that code, go to http://tompettysuperhighwaytour.com to log in and start the Tour!
- You can also go HERE (http://tompettysuperhighwaytour.com) and purchase a ticket directly from the Superhighway site. Your access to the full site and all its features will begin immediately following your purchase.

When do I get my 48 songs?
In the 8 weeks leading up to The Live Anthology’s release date of November 24, you’ll receive 24 of the 48 songs. On (or near) November 24, we’ll provide instructions on how to download the remaining 24 tracks from The Live Anthology.
I only see 2 song pages up – where are the rest of the 48 I heard about?
The Superhighway Tour is an 8-week experience. The first week, 2 songs are available. Next week, there will be more. And after 8 weeks, a total of 24 song pages – each containing an *advance* track from Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers Live Anthology – will be live. On (or around) November 24, you’ll receive instructions on how to download the remaining 24 songs, totaling 48 full tracks from the Live Anthology!
How often are new songs available to download?
Every week, on Tuesdays, we’ll roll out brand new songs pages to experience. Over 8 weeks, 24 song pages in all. So, figure on 2-4 songs per week.
I registered, but my access is gone!
I got the free trial, how do I purchase a full membership?
If you registered without buying a ticket, the site is open to you for 48 hours.
After that 48 hour period ends, we hope you enjoyed your experience enough to go to http://tompettysuperhighwaytour.com and buy a ticket for full access to the Superhighway Tour.
What are the minimum system requirements to fully enjoy the site?
Please note the following minimum system requirements:

3.) TICKETMASTER PURCHASE
Bought your ticket at Ticketmaster? See below for any answers to issues you may have.
Superhighway Tour tickets purchased at Ticketmaster are delivered as a TicketFast PDF document. That ticket contains a special code. Once you have your TicketFast ticket and code, go to http://tompettysuperhighwaytour.com and enter your code. You will have access to the full site features immediately.
If you do not receive the email with the code, please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, please contact Ticketmaster support.
I forgot my password.
- Click 'Forgot Your Password?" in LOGIN section of the Home Page
- Enter your Username or e-mail address
- Click 'E-Mail New Password'
You will get an e-mail with a new one-time-use password sent to your email address. Click on the link in that email and you will land on your profile page. Enter a new password and you're done
I registered but cannot Log In. It keeps saying Access Denied?
- Make sure that you are entering your password with the correct capitalization. The system is case sensitive, so you must enter your password exactly as you did when you registered.
- Try logging out of the site. Clear out your cookies and cache in your web browser tools and then Log In again. This should clear the problem.

I never received my confirmation e-mail after registering?
Please check your Spam folder. The email may have gone there, or you may have entered the wrong email address. The confirmation e-mail was sent to the address you entered on the registration page.
How do I edit my Personal Information?
- LOG IN or SIGN UP
- Click on MY ACCOUNT
- Click EDIT
- Click PERSONAL INFORMATION and then edit your full name, date of birth, gender and/or zip code.
How do I edit my Account Settings?
- LOG IN or SIGN UP
- Click on 'My Account'
- Click 'Edit'
- Choose 'Account Setting' - Edit your Location (address), E-mail address, Password, Profile Picture, Private Message settings, Signature and/or Contact settings.
6. DOWNLOADING MUSIC / FILE FORMATS
*NOTE – Each song will be downloaded to your computer as a zipped file. We suggest using WinZip (http://www.winzip.com/index.htm) to unzip the song.
Download instructions:
Windows –
Click the “Download MP3” or “Download FLAC” button on any song page and select the location for your download.
Mac -
Click the “Download MP3” or “Download FLAC” button on any song page. If downloading an MP3, you may wish to open the file with Stuffit Expander, or just save to disk. FLAC files should be saved to your disk.
I downloaded a song, but I can’t find it.
When your computer saves the file it should ask you where you want to save the file. Look in the specified directory. Your computer may default all downloads to a specific folder (most operating systems have a “download” folder.
You can also try searching your computer with the name of the song.
Finally, if you’re still having issues, go back to the show page and select the song, and try downloading again, noting where it is being saved.
What is this “FLAC” format?
FLAC is a high quality lossless audio codec. It means you’re losing none of the quality from the source files. Everything you could ever want to know about FLAC, including supported devices, is here - http://flac.sourceforge.net/faq.html
My FLAC download won’t play in iTunes!
Itunes does not support FLAC, but there are plenty of ways to get these files to play on your computer. Find media players that support FLAC, and answers to many other FLAC questions here - http://flac.sourceforge.net/faq.html
